We only utilize fresh and pure high quality fat from the Miyazaki beef thats used in some of San Diegos most high-end restaurants. What would other-wise be thrown away is now given new life, in a new form... Tallow
Healthy Living

Chef Nao Ichimura serves the highest of quality, unprocessed, non-GMO food to satisfy peoples stomach. Miyazaki Tallow dedicated to do the same for peoples skin.
Action
We use 100% Miyazaki Tallow in all of our products. We process the tallow by hand in small batches, at low temperatures to preserve as much nutrients as possible. We enhance each product with only the highest quality certified organic ingredients.
Environmental Sustainability

We are dedicated to only using sustainably raised and environmentally friendly ingredients.
Action
We work hand in hand with our farmers in Miyazaki, Japan to check on the health and well being of the cattle. We utilize all parts of the cattle so that nothing goes to waste. All of our products are also reef safe for our oceans, which is very important to us being an Omakase Restaurant. Even the fish we use here at Kinme Omakse are all line caught sustainably.
